About Our Database
We created our database to help Seneca Gaming Corporation create a more efficient applicant and employee tracking system. The information system combines data from multiple files that are scattered about in either paper or electronic sources. These files are constantly being closed and re-opened to access information in regards to current and potential employees.
Our database has forms that contain information on current employees and applicants. Both of these forms provide an easy way to maintain, update, and add new data about applicants and employees. The database provides an easy way to cycle through all files and fulfill any requests about the stored data. The reports can be used in a variety of different ways by the recruitment team. They can be used to create schedules of what candidates are coming in for New Hire Orientation/Pre-Employment processing on a given date or to keep track of what reminder emails were sent out to the candidates. |
